However, Wenona didn't have time to think about bad things. The day came when her childhood friend and her cousin Okomi turned to young adulthood. Now he was eighteen springs old. It was a big celebration for the Blessing Moon tribe and it meant a lot for Okomi as now he can go to hunt together with other tribal members, become a warrior and choose a woman for mating. It was lit the ceremonial bonfire and all danced together celebrating Okomi's eighteen springs.
- Are you ready for your first hunting, Okomi? - Tahatan asked him.
- I can't wait when the moon will rise and we will go on a hunt, - Okomi was full of energy and desire to prove his tribe that he deserves the tribal warrior and a hunter's name. It was his first as tribal sons ordeal.
- Yes, we need the new tents, so may your first hunt is successful, Okomi! - wished Wenona.
- May your words will be heard by goddess Nanina, my creator and big sister Wenona, - Okomi smiled warmly bowing his head to Wenona.
And Wenona's words were heard. Okomi proved he is not bad hunter and he has an accurate hand. Soon the tribal sons returned with considerable catch and all went to work. After several days the Blessing Moon tribe sported the new robust tents. Now any wind and the cold will not be fearsome, even though the winter was still far away. The sun warmed more and mornings were not so cold. Summer was coming. Wenona was glad that her and other babies will be able to grow in warm tents.
As soon as the men pitched the new tents Kotori immediately offered Maat to move in together in one of the tents.
- I think this one should be fine for us, don't you mind to try it? - he asked entering the tent.
Of course, Maat didn't mind.
She loved Kotori if even sometimes he showed her his dark side. Kotori was unable to control his evil side as it was a part of his nature, so sometimes he even didn't notice how bad words slipped out from his mouth. But he never wanted to hurt Maat. No matter how he wanted to be bad sometimes, he sincerely loved Maat. She was his friend, his lover, his teacher. And probably no one would put up with his dark side, except Maat. No matter what Kotori said Maat, she all made into a joke. When she laughed Kotori remained nothing more than to laugh together with her.
In order to calm in him constantly boiling desire to do something wrong, every morning when the sun had just risen Kotori did yoga exercises.
It was not easy to deal with his dark side, but when Maat announced that she is pregnant, Kotori didn't think about anything else more than just about the fact that he'll also become a proud father soon.
Time flew very quickly. Wenona and Nikki pregnancies came to the end. Surprisingly it's already almost winter, but it was still warm outside. Invisibly the climate began to warm again and it was only to the benefit not only for the tribe, but also for babies who were about to be born. The both women trained together and were very close as never before.
- I remember such warm winter only in childhood, - Wenona said.
- I also, - Nikki nodded. - Where I and Noel grew up, we've never seen snow.
- I am glad that the weather has changed... It means that there will be more animals in the forests and fishes in rivers and lakes, and we no longer have to endure hunger.
- Yes, - Nikki smiled. - It's really great news for us all!
That evening Nikki felt very tired like never before. She even couldn't reach the tent and fell asleep right in the bush.
When Nikki woke up it was already deep night and all slept in the tents. Nikki wanted to go to tent and lay beside Tahatan, but suddenly she felt a strong pain in her stomach and back.
- Oh... goddess Nanina! - groaned Nikki holding by her huge belly. - Bless me, goddess Nanina, and help my baby to come into this world as easy as possible...
She walked singing the chants to goddess Nanina she learned from her beloved shaman Lakesha, when contractions started she stopped and breathed deeply. After few hours two little girls greeted this world with their first cry. Senia was older few minutes than her sister twin Inara. Tahatan and other tribal members rushed to greet twin sisters.
And when the sun rose one more baby was ready to come to this world. Wenona awoke in severe pain.
Soon Wenona held a tiny cute girl, future tribal leader and creator heiress. She named her and Noel's daughter Sihu - "flower".
- Hello, my little sun, - Wenona enjoyed her little daughter. - I see you'll be a great creator and strong warrior... And I promise I and your father will give you all love and warmth we have... A long way awaits for us, but I'm ready to stand all challenges for you as you are our future.
